Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard.

How much is the shipping in US and Canada?

US Shipping Free on all order $150 and over (excluding liquid products). Shipping on order less than $150 is flat rate $8.00.

How long will delivery take?

US Shipping: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped after the payment cleared the same day/next business day via United State Postal Service (USPS) Priority / First -class mail (2-5 days) with deliver confirmation.  This applies to US Customer Only.

CANADA Shipping: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped after payment has cleared the same day / the next business day, via United State Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail (7-14 Business Days) with a Shipping Confirmation number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, please contact us via email for appropriate shipping rates for your country before placing the order.

The purchaser is responsible for their country's customs or taxes.  These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.

Due to your Country's Customs Bureau it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your order. We have no control over this, nor are there methods available for us to check the status of your order during shipment. As a rule, International orders will be received within 8-21 days and then through customs.

Do you apply sale tax?

No, we don’t collect any sale tax for all customers.

Do you accept return?

Yes, we accept returns of unopened packs with its original package when returned within 15 days for USA customers only. There will be 15% restocking fee applied on all returned items. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.  To be fully credited for such returns the customer must contact us for a return authorization.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. You may cancel an order placed on our website and receive a full refund if the order has NOT been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately by telephone or email if you like to cancel your order. Note: We try to process orders quickly for the same or next day shipping.

Canceled orders after already been processed are subject to a 10% processing fee. 

Canceled orders after already been shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credits can only be issued after we receive refused packaged.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can. To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card number and expiration date. Then call us Toll-Free. (This toll free phone number is available in the U.S. only.)

Is my information protected?

Yes, your information is secure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order we offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 3 days.
